Shipping, Returns and Exchanges


One way we are able to save money for our customers is by shipping every order directly from our warehouses.

Currently, we can ship anywhere in the US with any three of the following methods:

Standard Shipping - Arrives in 4 to 6 business days depending on location (1 day process + 3-5 shipping) - Free for orders over $35 and a standard $5 otherwise

Expedited Shipping - Arrives in 2 business days - $10 for shipments under 10 pounds (this is most orders) and $20 thereafter

Priority Shipping - Arrives in 1 business day - $20 for shipments under 10 pounds (this is most orders) and $40 thereafter

We do ship to the US Territories, PO Boxes, and Military APO/FPO addressed, but please allow additional time for shipments as well. At the moment, we only offer Standard shipping options to these locations, and the shipments can range anywhere between 5-10 business days depending on your location.


Our policy is to offer a 120-day, 100% satisfaction money back guarantee or your money back.

If your item does qualify for a return, we’ll require either a receipt, an order number or any other proof of purchase to process it.

If 120 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unused
  2. In the same condition that you received it
  3. In the original packaging

Exempt Goods

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Some examples of non-returnable items on the Arousing Appetites store include:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Downloadable software products
  3. Used health and personal care items
  4. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  5. Sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  1. Book with obvious signs of use
  2. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  3. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  4. Any item that is returned more than 120 days after delivery

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Discounted Items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
